Similar to CD Projekt Red's previous games, Cyberpunk 2077 has multiple endings that you can work toward to. These endings all depend on the various choices you made over the course of the game... and overall they are fairly easy to unlock.
However, there is one "secret ending" that can be missed... and in this article, we would list out the correct way for you to unlock it.
1 - Requirements to unlock the ending
The prerequisite for this ending is that you complete a couple of dialogues in the side mission "Chippin' In" before advancing to the main quest "Nocturne Op55N1". During the mission, you would head to an oil field along with Johnny Silverhand... and in the resulting conversation, you need to pick these dialogues: "The guy who saved my life", "No, you f***ed that up too", "What do you want from me?" and lastly, "OK".
It is best that you save the game before getting to the oil field.
After this series of dialogues, there would be even more options. To be on the safe side, you’ll want to respond in order with, "You were a real d*** in the beginning", "When you said you let down your friends…", "Smasher biz really got to her", and finally, "Yeah, I’ll call Rogue". Afterward, you would unlock the side mission named "Blistering Love" - complete it with Rogue.

2 - What to do in Nocturne Op55N1
Once you get to the part of the mission when you are on the rooftop with Johnny... you need to pick the option for accompanying Rogue to go to battle at Arasaka Tower. Afterward, Johnny would ask you if you are in or not - don't respond right away and wait for a few minutes. Seeing your hesitation, Johnny would present you with the choice of you two going alone to Arasaka Tower.
The rest of the game after this is pretty straightforward. The final mission "Don't Fear The Reaper" has no autosave - the game would end right away if you die. Create a backup savefile before doing it and get all the best gear on your character.
