1. JoBuilt Phantom Custom

The JoBuilt Phantom Custom is an armored, Commercial vehicle featured in GTA Online. It can be stored in the Bunker. It can be customized at Bunker Vehicle Workshop.

3. Benefactor Terrorbyte

The Terrorbyte can be stored and customized in the Nightclub Warehouse.

It has exactly the same resistance to missiles and bullets as the Nightshark. However, its speed is rather low at only 99.25 mph. The base model (normal Insurgent Pick-up) and the base Insurgent also have the same armor, but lower speed.

6. Bravado Half-track

The Bravado Half-track is an armored, weaponized Military vehicle. It has the same armor as the Insurgent variants and the Nightshark, with the ability to tank up to 27 rockets.

In exchange for its turtle speed of 58.25 mph, the Bravado Half-track can be equipped with the powerful Anti-aircraft Trailer Dual 20mm Flak, which can kill most vehicles in just a few shots. Even the number 1 on this list can only tank 6 shots of this cannon.

7. HVY Menacer

The Menacer is yet another off-road tanky vehicle from HVY, with the ability to tank slightly fewer attacks than the Nightshark. It is not that good of a choice, however, as its windows are not bulletproof.
