1 - Breaking the Bank at Caligula's
Heist missions in GTA are always exciting, and the GTA San Andreas version is not an exception. This is the final heist mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, given to the player by San Fierro Triads leader Wu Zi Mu.
After completing a series of preparation missions, players finally get to rob Caligula's casino. Like in a movie, players get to use night vision goggles and smoke bombs, while getting away with a parachute. This is a fairly complex heist, akin to the future heists in GTA 5... and that's why GTA SA players really like this quest.
2 - End of the Line
In End of the Line, CJ takes down Big Smoke and Officer Tenpenny. This is the final mission of GTA San Andreas, presenting a dramatic conclusion of the game's storyline. Overall, it is a beautifully designed mission, with CJ driving a tank, fighting armies of mooks in a massive shootout, and more.

3 - Black Project
This is one of the best stealth missions in the entire GTA series. In the Black Project, the player's task is to infiltrate a secret lab inside the restricted military base in San Andreas.
Most people expected to find something like aliens or weapons of mass destruction in this "Black Project". However, the final secret turned out to be an ordinary Jetpack. This reward is why this mission is so popular - it allows the player to fly around the city without using clunky planes.
4 - The Da Nang Thang
The Da Nang Thang is one of the best missions taking place in San Fierro. By order of Wu Zi Mu, players need to infiltrate a ship, save the refugees then kill all members of the Vietnamese gang guarding it.
One of the most memorable parts of this mission is the boss fight - CJ can just shoot the Snakehead instead of fighting him with a sword.
5 - Just business
Overall, this is the best mission involving Big Smoke in San Andreas. Overall, it is incredibly entertaining, with players engaging in one of the best action segments of the game.
Big Smoke would ride a motorbike while CJ sits behind him, holding off the Russian mobs who are chasing both of them. The scripted events look like an action movie, with CJ and Big Smoke escaping, while a large explosion in the background kills a number of their pursuers.
