  2. The team must be on top 12 in the FFIC Closed Qualifiers stage.

FFIC League Stage will see these 18 teams face off against their opponents in a series of matches. Only 6 Grand Finals tickets will be given to the remaining teams as long as they can succeed in completing the Play-Ins Stage.
