The PUBG Mobile World League is the last round to pick out teams who will be in the PUBG Mobile World Championship. But the number of slots in the PUBG Mobile World League is limited. The East Division has a total of 16 slots and the PUBG Mobile Pro Leauge South Asia region is lucky to have 5 slots there, including the top 3 teams from the PMPL South Asia League Stage and the top 2 teams from the PMPL South Asia Finals.
However, in the latest announcement of PUBG Mobile Esports, the number of slots for teams in the PUBG Mobile South Asia has increased to 7 slots with one additional slot for the PMPL South Asia League Stage and one additional slot for the PMPL South Asia Finals. That means apart from Orange Rock, TSM-Entity, and GodLike, team SynerGE is also going to the PUBG Mobile World League for being in 4th place in the PMPL South Asia League Stage.
PMPL South Asia Finals
The PMPL South Asia Finals features the top 16 teams from the PMPL South Asia League Stage. It has a much bigger prize pool than the PMPL South Asia League Stage with a $138,500 total prize pool. The top 3 teams from the PMPL South Asia Finals will go to the PMWL. If there is any team that already qualified for the PMWL through the League Stage then the next best team will be chosen instead.
The PMPL South Asia Finals is starting today from 6.30 PM. There is a total of 3 days with 5 matches each day. You can watch live on the PUBG MOBILE Esports Youtube channel or the PUBG MOBILE India Official Youtube channel. Make sure you don't miss it.
