Are You Ready To Explore The Mysterious World In Ingress Prime?

Finally, Ingress Prime is available for download on the App Store and Google play after being introduced in December 2017.  Ingress Prime is an update of Ingress, the pioneer of AR game. Let’s see what the game has in store for us:

It is easy to see that Ingress Prime has a new user interface. The graphic is flashier; however, it is also not good for your battery because it will consume more data.

Because it is an update, the gameplay doesn’t change. The background is in the distant future world, where there is a mysterious source, which can have a big influence on human’s perspective. You will play as an agent and join one of two sides: "Enlightened" and "Resistance", which are represented by two colors: green and blue. During the game, players will have to need to travel around the world in order to occupy or defend the "portal", which is notable in the real world, such as public art or museums or libraries. Collect Exotic Matter (XM) as many as possible before it controls and unites with your teammates to bring peace to the world.

The storyline is not the same to everyone. It depends on how you interact with other players. When the Anomaly events happen, Agents from the two teams will meet and compete, explore together. The result of the events will also affect the story.

Niantic has a plan to open 12 “Primary” Anomaly events as well as 100 “Satellite” Anomaly events. On 17^th November, these events will take place in many cities including Austin, Hong Kong, Barcelona, and more.
