Genshin Impact 3.0: List Of All Tighnari Materials

Tighnari, the first 5-star Dendro character in the game, is going to come out very soon during the Genshin Impact 3.0 patch, scheduled for August 24. The patch is also going to bring a whole new continent for players to explore.

However, with Tighnari being a brand new character, players will need all Sumeru materials to ascension him. In this article, Gurugamer is going to showcase a complete list of Genshin Impact Tighnari Ascension Materials.

1. Tighnari ascension materials

As all these materials are from Sumeru, the only thing players can pre-farm is mora and Hero's Wit. Below are the materials needed to get Tighnari to level 90.

Where to find Fungal Spores, Luminescent Pollen, and Crystalline Cyst Dust

Players can get Fungal Spores, Crystalline Cyst Dust, and Luminescent Pollen by defeating the Floating Fungi found in the Underground Mines of The Chasm.

Tighnari will need a lot of these materials to reach max level, so grinding these monsters out would probably take some time. It is best to bring a ranged bow character for this task.

Where to find Nilotpata Lotus

Nilotpala Lotuses are one of the region's specialty items and can be found all over Sumeru. Players will need hundreds of them to get Tighnari to 90, so daily grinding is more or less required.

Collecting these lotuses is probably as simple as just picking them up. We can expect some of these flowers to be sold by NPC's in Sumeru city.

Where to find Magnificent Hooked Beaks and Nagadus Emeralds

Magnificent Hooked Beaks and Nagadus Emeralds will be dropped by a new boss called the Jadeplume Terrorshroom.

This is a new boss with a brand new move set, mainly dealing Dendro damage. Old players with high-end teams probably won't have any problem dealing with it, but mid-tier players who just get to Sumeru might encounter some problems. To get enough materials for Tighnari to get to 90, they will need to defeat this boss a few times.

2. Tighnari Talent Materials

Sumeru will add new varieties of Floating Fungi, reportedly they will be a bit more aggressive than the one found in the Chasm. Tighnari talents require the following materials:

You can get The Meaning of Aeons from the End of the Oneiric Euthymia trounce domain, after you defeat Raiden Shogun during the Archon storyline in Inazuma. It is only available from the level 70+ version of this domain.

The second tier of Talent Materials (Teaching, Guide, Philosophies of Admonition) will drop in a new domain called Steeple of Ignorance.

3. How good is Tighnari?

Being the first Dendro DPS character, miHoYo makes Tighnari's kit fairly powerful. The character is going to benefit a lot from Elemental Mastery (EM) as one of his talents, Scholarly Blade, increases the damage of his Elemental Burst and Charged Attack by 0.05% for every point of EM he has, for a maximum bonus of 50%.

As players are going to build EM on him, Tighnari's reaction damage is going to be massive. Players need to build a team around Dendro reaction if they want to main Tighnari.

4. Tighnari artifact sets

Two new artifact sets are going to be added in Genshin Impact 3.0. Tighnari can use both of them, but Gilded Dream is likely to be more useful on him.

2-Piece: Elemental Mastery +80.
4-Piece: Within 8s of triggering an Elemental Reaction, the character equipping this will obtain buffs based on the Elemental Type of the other party members. ATK is increased by 14% for each party member whose Elemental Type is the same as the equipping character, and Elemental Mastery is increased by 50 for every party member with a different Elemental Type. Each of the aforementioned buffs will count up to 3 characters. This effect can be triggered once every 8s. The character who equips this can still trigger its effects when not on the field.

Deepwood Memories

2-Piece: Dendro DMG Bonus +15%.
4-Piece: After Elemental Skills or Bursts hit opponents, the targets' Dendro RES will be decreased by 30% for 8s. This effect can be triggered even if the equipping character is not on the field.
