K is the newest character in Free Fire - he comes equipped with a special passive that has 2 different modes with different effects. 1 - About Hayato's ability "Bushido"

Hayato's Bushido ability is a pretty roundabout way of providing damage boost. At the maximum level, for each 10% HP lost, Hayato would gain 10% armor penetration for his attacks. This means at 10% HP (20 points) or lower, Hayato would be able to ignore 90% of enemies' vest and helmet reduction.

Mode switch CD is 20 seconds. The skill also passively increases K's Max EP by 50. K's ability is all about healing in general - they increase his own EP and let everyone in the radius convert EP to HP faster. It is a great sustain skill that could eliminate your need of using medkit altogether.
