Version 4.5, titled “To Roll the Stars in Astropolis,” launches on August 26, 2026 (August 25 for some regions). It brings a summer vacation storyline set in the IPC resort of Astropolis along with two limited 5-star alternate forms of popular characters. These are commonly called SP versions: Robin • Summeretto (Robin SP) in Phase 1 and Aventurine • Waveflair (Aventurine SP) in Phase 2.

This guide breaks down their kits based on available information (including beta data that may see final tuning), team roles, strengths, weaknesses, and pull priority so you can decide how to spend your Stellar Jades.

Robin • Summeretto (Robin SP) Overview

  • Rarity: 5-star
  • Element: Wind
  • Path: Remembrance
  • Role: Offensive support / memosprite enabler
  • Banner: Phase 1 (starts with the 4.5 update, runs until around mid-September)
  • Signature Light Cone: Rise and Sing (boosts Max HP, recovers Skill Points after Ultimate, grants team SPD, and advances her action on combat start)

Robin trades her original Physical Harmony kit for a Wind Remembrance playstyle centered on memosprites (a band of musical birds called Summer Songbirds: Bessie, Drummie, and Paddie). She scales heavily with Max HP.

Core Kit Summary

  • Skill: Summons or refreshes the main memosprite Bessie and generates Vibes.
  • Ultimate: Fully advances one designated ally’s action (excluding herself), restores 20% of their Max Energy, and applies “Special Guest.” The Special Guest ally generates extra Vibes for Robin when they attack.
  • Talent / Memosprites: Allies’ attacks build Vibes (up to a high cap). Enough Vibes summon additional Songbirds. When all are present she enters Fever state, deploys a Zone that lets allies ignore a portion of enemy DEF (base value plus scaling with Vibes), and the birds deal AoE Wind damage while increasing enemy damage taken. In Fever she and the birds gain CC immunity.
  • Traces: Conditional ATK or CRIT DMG buffs based on the ally generating Vibes, energy recovery from team healing/shields, and high CRIT Rate for herself and the birds.
  • Technique: Starts combat with Vibes and a temporary team DMG boost.

Strengths

  • Strong single-target action advance plus Energy restore.
  • Team-wide DEF ignore Zone and damage amplification that scales with activity.
  • Personal and memosprite damage contribution.
  • Excellent synergy with Remembrance / summon-heavy teams and units that attack frequently.
  • Eidolons improve Vibe generation, add True DMG recording, and provide major RES PEN and CRIT DMG in Fever (E1 and E2 are particularly noticeable).

Weaknesses

  • Requires setup time to fully activate the Songbirds and Fever.
  • Does not replace a dedicated sustain.
  • Best value appears in teams already built around Remembrance mechanics or high attack frequency.

Best Teams

Pairs well with Castorice, Evernight, other memosprite users, and high-action hypercarries (including some Hunt or Erudition units). She can also support certain DoT or follow-up teams. A good sustain that triggers her energy Trace (such as Hyacine on her Phase 1 rerun) is ideal.

Pull Value

High for players who already invest in Remembrance or summon teams. She functions as a premium offensive support that elevates existing cores rather than a standalone carry. F2P or low-spend players with a Remembrance foundation should prioritize her if they enjoy that archetype. Skip or low priority if your account still needs a main DPS or basic sustain and you have no Remembrance investment.

E0 is fully functional. Signature Light Cone and E1 improve comfort and ceiling; E2 is a larger damage jump.

Aventurine • Waveflair (Aventurine SP) Overview

  • Rarity: 5-star
  • Element: Quantum
  • Path: Elation
  • Role: Elation-scaling DPS (hypercarry or follow-up enabler)
  • Banner: Phase 2 (starts mid-September)
  • Signature Light Cone: Summer Rides the Surf (CRIT Rate, SPD on Elation Skill use, and Elation% when alternating Skills)

Aventurine moves away from his original Imaginary Preservation shielder identity into a Quantum Elation damage dealer focused on Punchline and Fervor resources.

Core Kit Summary

  • Skill / Ultimate: AoE Quantum damage that generates Punchlines and Fervor stacks. Ultimate also grants a personal SPD buff.
  • Talent: Ally attacks generate Fervor and Punchline for him. At a Fervor threshold he automatically uses an Elation Skill (with a fixed Punchline value). The next Elation Skill becomes enhanced.
  • Elation Skills: “Cheers! To the Blazing Summer” and the enhanced “All in! To the Blazing Summer.” Both deal AoE Quantum Elation damage plus multiple random-target hits. The enhanced version consumes all Fervor for extra hits.
  • Traces: Heavy SPD-to-Elation conversion (strong once you hit high SPD thresholds) and other damage amplifiers.
  • He rewards teams that attack often so he can stack Fervor quickly.

Strengths

  • High personal damage potential through frequent enhanced Elation Skills.
  • Flexible in pure Elation hypercarry or follow-up attack teams.
  • Quantum coverage is useful.
  • Scales well with investment and high SPD.

Weaknesses

  • Very Skill Point negative.
  • Provides little to no buffs or sustain for the team (pure damage focus).
  • Performance is highly dependent on attack frequency and proper teammates.
  • Some beta feedback notes that certain team synergies feel one-sided or that the kit can feel constrained without ideal supports.

Best Teams

Elation hypercarry setups with strong Elation supports (examples include Yao Guang or similar) or follow-up heavy teams featuring units like Ashveil, Mortenax Blade, Tribbie, or other high-hit-count characters. He wants teammates who attack constantly to feed Fervor.

Pull Value

Solid for players building Elation or follow-up attack teams who want a strong Quantum DPS. He is less of a universal upgrade than a specialized damage dealer. F2P players should only pull if they already have (or plan to build) the supporting cast that lets him shine. Accounts lacking a main DPS or Quantum options can consider him, but he is not a must-have for every roster the way some supports are.

E0 performs well with good relics and teammates. Signature and E1 improve consistency and damage; higher investment raises the ceiling further.

Overall Pull Priority Recommendations

Account Situation Priority Recommendation Notes
Strong Remembrance / summon teams Robin SP first Highest synergy and team elevation
Elation or heavy FUA teams Aventurine SP first Fills Quantum DPS role well
Limited jades / F2P (one guarantee) Pick the one that matches your existing core Avoid splitting for both
Need general support or sustain Lower priority for both Wait for better fits or reruns
Collectors / favorites Pull either or both as desired Design and story appeal is high
Fresh or incomplete roster Skip or minimal pulls Focus on foundational units first

General Advice

  • Phase 1 also features a Hyacine rerun, which pairs nicely with Robin SP.
  • Phase 2 is expected to include an Ashveil rerun that supports Aventurine SP.
  • Both characters are alternate forms and do not replace their original versions. Original Robin remains a strong Harmony option; original Aventurine remains a top-tier Preservation sustain.
  • Beta numbers and exact multipliers can still change before live release. Final performance should be checked against post-release showcases.
  • If you are low on resources after previous banners, it is completely reasonable to skip one or both and save for future characters.

Robin SP offers more immediate team-wide value for the right accounts, while Aventurine SP rewards specialized investment in high-action or Elation playstyles. Evaluate your current roster, the teams you actually enjoy, and your jade stock before committing. Enjoy the summer trip to Astropolis.
