Requirements

First, you need to join the Moonlight Merriment Event, of course. Players have to meet these requirements in order to take part in the festivities.

Reach Adventure Rank 28 or above.
Complete Chapter I: Act III – A New Star Approaches.
Complete Trulla Chapter: Act I – Mondstadt Gastronomy Trip.

Walkthrough

Once making sure you have done all of the above, Travelers can start the One for the Foodies, Two for the Show quest. The quest will take the players to Liyue where they meet Xiangling. She will inform them about the upcoming festival.

After managing to complete the One for the Foodies, Two for the Show quest, Travelers will be able to begin the Moonlight Seeker quest. Just head to Liyue and talk to Linyang who is located at the Liyue Harbor.

Linyang will assign the player to find all Mystmoon Chests and Moonchase Charms – the special items only available during the Moonlight Merriment Event. Linyang then will reward you with a Luxurious Sea Lord Genshin weapon once you have found every item needed.

Make sure to unlock the weapon before the even expires on October 10, 2021.
