Overall, the New Year skin is pretty much the same as the Lightning strike, but the extra damage makes it even better. This incubator skin is one of the rarest skins in the game. It was part of the Incubator MP40 event back in March. You would need to exchange 3 Royal Flushes Blueprint and 7 Evolution Stones to unlock it. There is no way to get this skin currently.
