With Free Fire Continental coming to an end a few days ago, you would have thought there would not be any tournament until 2021 starts... However, that turned out to be incorrect. Free Fire India's first-ever third-party Esports event in India, Qualcomm Snapdragon Conquest Tournament, has just been announced.

In this article, we would list out everything you need to know about this tournament and how to register for it.

1 -  How to Register for Free Fire Open 2020

Requirements

The registration phase has started yesterday and would last for 2 weeks. There is no fee for registration, however, all applicants should be Indian residents above the age of 12... with a Free Fire account level 10 or higher.

Step by Step guide for Registering

  • Open this link https://snapdragonconquest.com/
  • Click on "Register Now"
  • Fill in your details and follow the steps displayed.
  • Once you have registered, you can either join a squad or create your own... with a maximum of 4 members.

You are all set to go once your squad has 4 members - use the Invite Codes to get teammates if you are the leader.

2 - Tournament Formats

In-Game Qualifiers

All Squads will play up to 15 matches in 6 days on Bermuda and Kalahari, with the results of the top 10 matches be counted. 648 teams would be picked for the playoffs round.

Playoffs

648 teams would be divided into 54 groups of 12. Each group would play three rounds of direct elimination - the top 4 would get to the second playoffs round.

Second Playoffs

216 teams would be divided into 18 groups of 12 and play with the same format. The top 4 teams of each group would advance to the third playoffs round.

Third Playoffs

72 teams would be divided into 6 groups to play with the same format. The top 3 teams of each group would advance to the league stage.

League Stage

Top 18 teams from the playoffs round and 6 directly invited teams would play in a round-robin format for a month. The top 12 would advance to the finals.

Finals

The 2 days finals would decide the winners amongst the 12 squads.

3 - Prize Pool

Total Prize Pool: 50,00,000 INR.

  • 1st Place - 20,00,000 INR
  • 2nd Place - 8,00,000 INR
  • 3rd Place - 5,00,000 INR
  • Individual with the highest kills in the Grand Finale - 50,000 INR
  • Team with the highest kills in the Grand Finale - 1,00,000 INR
  • The Most Popular Team Award (Fan vote) - 1,00,000 INR
  • The Most Valuable Player Award (Fan vote) - 50,000 INR
