A Rainbowsix Siege event

Recently, Lenovo India has just released an announcement on its first Rainbow Six Siege Tournament. The tournament will take place in India with a prize pool of ₹3,00,000.  Thereby, all people can begin the registration to join in the tournament from the 9th until the 15th of August. However, Lenovo still has yet to officially announce the event's dates.

Now you can register to take part in the Rainbow Six Siege Tournament held by Lenovo India from 9th to the 15th of August.

And here is the prize pool split of the tournament: 

  • 1st place: ₹150,000
  • 2nd place: ₹70,000
  • 3rd place: ₹40,000
  • 4th place: ₹40,000

Details

The tournament will feature a format of Best Of One (BO1), and the semifinals and finals will be played in the format of Best Of Three (BO3). Lenovo India will hold this tournament under the Pro League rules. 

The Pro League rules are applied in the Rainbow Six Siege Tournament in India.

However, new operators of Rainbow Six Siege - Nokk and Warden - have been ruled out from attending. The tournament will play out as in ranked mode. The tournament will feature the following maps: Club House - Consulate - Bank - Kafe Dostoyevsky - Border - Coastline - Villa.

Also, please note that this tournament only takes place in the India region. Also, only people over 18 years old will be eligible to play. Any candidate below the required age will be disqualified.

Participants can get a prize pool up to ₹3,00,000.

When the participants sign up for the tournament, they have to provide some of their info such as mobile phone number, email address, and Facebook link. The tournament will come with a LAN Finale. However, the organizers still haven't revealed the time frame. They only added that the LAN Finale will be played exclusively on Lenovo laptops. It is understandable as the organization intends to increase its publicity among the Indian Esports.
