Where To Find Treasure Hoarders Genshin Impact
To earn Treasure Hoarder Insignia, which is essential for Genshin character ascension and weapon level-up like Crescent Pike, Fillet Blade, Blackcliff Warbow, players need to find a group of bandits named the Treasure Hoarders.
Like their names imply, these enemies are in search of treasures to make a profit out of it. As they often walk around ruins, you can find plenty of them in Liyue where there are lots of mining towns and old buildings.
In fact, players can encounter groups of treasure hoarders in Mondstadt and Inazuma as detailed below.
1. Treasure Hoarders location Liyue
Treasure Hoarders usually spawn in the ruins south of Liyue and can be found roaming in groups. Although it is recommended to hit every Treasure Hoarder location across Liyue, players should prioritize those in the south if they want to be fast and clean.
If you clear all the Treasure Hoarders near the Guili Plains, then the following locations are also great to farm. Besides Guili Plains, you may also head east of Luhua Pool, Qiongji Estuary, or south of Lisha.
See the Treasure Hoarders Genshin Impact location map to detect their spawn points:
2. Treasure Hoarders location Mondstadt
Apart from Liyue, these enemies can also be found in Mondstadt. They are north of Springvale during the Raptor quest. You can follow the Interactive Map in Genshin Impact to know their whereabouts.
3. Treasure Hoarders location Inazuma
Take a look at the Treasure Hoarders Genshin Impact location map below. Treasure Hoarder Insignia can be obtained almost anywhere as you can also see the bandit in Inazuma.
Treasure Hoarders Genshin Impact Weakness
Although there are different types of Treasure Hoarders, they are a weaker opponent type overall. Knowing where to find Treasure Hoarders Genshin Impact will come in vain unless you know their weaknesses, tactics, and how to fight them.
1. Treasure Hunter types and tactics
There are 7 types of Treasure Hunters you may run into. No matter which type you fight, they will all drop Insignias afterward:
- Crushers
- Gravediggers
- Handyman
- Marksmen
- Seaman
- Potioneers
- Pugilist
Though they cast a mix of long-range and close-range attacks, they are not hard to take down. You can wipe them out in seconds with a decently equipped team. Out of these variants, you should keep an eye out for the Potioneers, Crushers, and Gravediggers.
While Gravediggers are tanky and can hit players with mud that bedims your screen, the Crushers can hit hard with hammers they bring. Potioneers, meanwhile, will use Pyro or Cryo elements to target you from afar.
2. How to defeat Treasure Hoarders
Make sure you won’t get overwhelmed because Potioneers can create nasty Elemental reactions sometimes. Try to kill the Potioneers first, then head for Marksmen as they always interrupt charge attacks.
They will come at you altogether when one of them is damaged. Therefore, you can make use of luring attacks and unleash a series of attacks to defeat them quickly. Make sure to bring those like Ganyu, Yanfei, or Mona for crowd control. Players can also use Amber’s Barron Bunny to attract the Treasure Hoarders to one spot.
In fact, once you have found one, you will see a few camps close together. Keep moving and do not forget to heal between their camps.
Genshin Impact Treasure Hoarders Farm
The hunters are part of commissions, so it is not hard to farm them if you just keep doing your daily tasks.
1. How to farm Treasure Hoarders
If you want to set up a farm route, look for the spawn points that are close to any waypoint. Teleport to the waypoints and defeat as many enemies as you can to get the Treasure Hoarder Insignias.
Follow the maps of treasure hoarders locations in each nation and farm them every two days. You will be able to get more than 100 Treasure Hoarder Insignias per week!
When taken down, Treasure Hoarders will throw a smoke bomb and disappear, dropping loot and Mora.
2. Treasure Hoarder drops
The following items will be dropped by the bandit when you have defeated them:
- Treasure Hoarder Insignias
- Silver Raven Insignia (Level 40+)
- Golden Raven Insignia (Level 60+)
These are put in rarity order. The higher level the Treasure Hoarders are, the more likely you will get silver and golden insignias.
